Tickets and purchases
How do I buy a ticket on CTXplorer?
Pick the event, hit "Buy and add", select quantity and pay with card. You'll get the QR ticket via email and inside your CTXplorer account instantly.
Are payments safe?
Yes. We process via Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1). We never store card numbers. Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported.
Can I transfer my ticket?
If the event allows it, you can reassign the QR from "My tickets". The original gets invalidated and a fresh one is issued to the recipient.
What currencies can I pay in?
MXN, EUR, USD and GBP depending on event city. Conversion is handled by your bank.
Refunds and cancellations
Can I cancel my purchase?
Each event has its own refund policy set by the organizer and shown before purchase. If the event is cancelled, refunds happen automatically to the original method.
How long do refunds take?
We process within 24-48 business hours. Your bank may take 3-10 additional days to reflect the credit.
What if the event is rescheduled?
Your ticket is valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you are entitled to a full refund.
Build your Perfect Day
What is a Perfect Day?
An itinerary that combines paid events, free plans, restaurants and optimized routes. You build it yourself or our AI generates one in 30 seconds based on your interests, budget and party size.
Does Perfect Day cost extra?
No. The tool is free. You only pay for the events you decide to buy inside your plan.
Can I share my Perfect Day?
Yes. Each plan has a public link you can send to your guests. They can join, see the route and buy their own tickets.
Account and privacy
Do I need an account to buy?
Yes. A free account lets you receive QR tickets, request refunds, leave reviews and create Perfect Days. Sign up with Google or email.
How do I close my account?
From "My profile" you can request deletion. We remove personal data within 30 days, keeping only what is legally required (invoices, payments).
What data do you share with third parties?
Minimum required with Stripe (payments), with organizers (entry validation) and with anonymized analytics services. Details at /legal/privacy.
For organizers
How do I publish my event?
Create a business account at /onboarding/business and submit your event. We review within 48h. Commission applies only on tickets sold.
When do I get paid?
We pay every Monday for the prior week's sales, net of commission and applicable taxes.
